The El Paso HVAC Team

Our AC gave out and Mr. Jesse responded quickly to our call. He arrived at our home within the hour and fixed our AC unit on a Sunday night. Great service and great price! Thankful to have found this company when we needed it the most. 10/10 recommended!

If you’re looking for an HVAC company you can trust without hesitation, the El Paso HVAC Team should be your first call. I reached out after my system suddenly stopped working, and they were at my door in under 30 minutes—faster than any service company I’ve ever dealt with. Their technician immediately got to work, walked me through what he was checking, and pinpointed the exact issue with clear, confident explanations that made me feel like I was in good hands. What impressed me most was their efficiency. Once they diagnosed the problem, they had everything repaired and running smoothly in less than two hours, and it wasn’t just a quick patch job—they fully fixed the root cause. For the amount of work they had to do, the price was more than fair, and they were upfront about every cost before starting. No surprises, no upselling, just honest service. The professionalism didn’t stop there. They contacted me the next morning to make sure everything was still working perfectly and to answer any questions I might have. That kind of follow‑up is rare these days and shows how much they genuinely care about their customers long after the job is done. If you want a team that responds fast, knows exactly what they’re doing, charges fairly, and treats you like a priority, the El Paso HVAC Team is the one to call. I won’t be using anyone else. They will also be doing my HVAC upgrade

I cannot recommend Jesse and his HVAC team enough! From the very beginning, Jesse gave us a great price and went above and beyond to make sure we had cool air when we needed it most. They stayed working late into the night, tirelessly dealing with challenge after challenge, and never gave up. What impressed me most was that Jesse didn’t just finish the job and walk away. He came back over and over until everything was working perfectly. His dedication, hard work, and commitment to making sure we were taken care of truly meant so much to us. It’s not every day you find someone who genuinely cares about their customers and stands behind their work like Jesse does. If you need HVAC work done, I would recommend Jesse every day, all day! Great price, incredible work ethic, and outstanding customer service. We are so thankful we found him! 🙌❄️❤️

I highly recommend the El Paso HVAC Team! I was in a real jam when my thermostat stopped working after I accidentally dropped and broke it. They came out the same night and made sure I had AC through the night, then returned the very next day to install my new thermostat. Their response time, professionalism, and customer service were outstanding. I truly appreciate how quickly they took care of me and would absolutely call them again!

If I can leave a 5 star ⭐️ I would but FB is not giving me the option. However, I want to thank Hugo and Jesse for such a great experience in this terrible situation. Hugo was great and educated me and walked me through my AC repairs!!! Thank you !!!! 😊

I had an amazing experience with Jesse! He fixed my AC and installed a mini split at my house, and everything came out perfect. From start to finish, he was very communicative, professional, and made sure I understood the whole process. Not only did he do excellent work, but his prices are also very reasonable for the quality he delivers. It’s hard to find someone this reliable and honest these days. Highly recommend Jesse if you’re looking for someone you can trust with your AC or mini split installatation.

Very profesional and thorough Goes the extra mile and educates you on the unit you have

Honestly I’ve contacted other companies like comfort cooling and kings air but they had OUTRAGES prices. It was a very hot day and I needed my AC fixed and I also needed someone affordable so I was already frustrated and upset thinking I might have to sleep through the heat. That was until I found Jesse from El Paso Heating and Cooling. He was super helpful! He explained everything to me, made the process so much easier and more understandable and I thought I was going to need a new unit as I was told before, but he prevented that for me! Saved me a lot more money and he was able to make the repairs needed and turns out it was just a wiring issue. It doesn’t end there tho, he even gave me a discount on top of that! I definitely wasn’t expecting that. He was very kind and went above and beyond! He made sure I had cool air before he left my place so I wouldn’t have to sleep in this heat. I HIGHLY recommend Jesse from El Paso heating and cooling for any of your heating and cooling needs, seriously! He’s very affordable and gets the job done well and his customer service? Amazing!

Highly recommend EP Heating and Cooling! Our AC went out and Jesse was there next day and didn’t leave until the new unit was installed. Thanks for all your help!
