Mr. Jesse is the real deal, he went above and beyond in making sure my home HVAC system was back up and running. he came very late in the night to have my system fixed, and the pricing is pretty fair when compared. I highly recommended EP Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for a topnotch AC technician in El paso and environs.
I had contacted other AC Tech that didn't do anything, He was supposed to be back with the replacement part for my unit, but he never responded. Jesse was working on my neighbor's house and was able to take a look at my unit. He was able to find the part needed and installed it on a Saturday and staying late to make sure we have our AC unit working. I strongly recommend his service. He is reliable, honest, and hard working.

Honestly I’ve contacted other companies like comfort cooling and kings air but they had OUTRAGES prices. It was a very hot day and I needed my AC fixed and I also needed someone affordable so I was already frustrated and upset thinking I might have to sleep through the heat. That was until I found Jesse from El Paso Heating and Cooling. He was super helpful! He explained everything to me, made the process so much easier and more understandable and I thought I was going to need a new unit as I was told before, but he prevented that for me! Saved me a lot more money and he was able to make the repairs needed and turns out it was just a wiring issue. It doesn’t end there tho, he even gave me a discount on top of that! I definitely wasn’t expecting that. He was very kind and went above and beyond! He made sure I had cool air before he left my place so I wouldn’t have to sleep in this heat. I HIGHLY recommend Jesse from El Paso heating and cooling for any of your heating and cooling needs, seriously! He’s very affordable and gets the job done well and his customer service? Amazing!
